Because our products are delivered digitally or created personally for you, refund eligibility depends on the type and status of the order.

Digital downloads and video courses
Please review the description before purchase. Once a download link or course access has been delivered, purchases are normally final because the digital content cannot be returned. We will, however, correct or replace a file that is damaged, materially different from its description, or inaccessible due to an issue on our side.
Personal readings
You may request cancellation before work on the reading has begun. Once preparation has started, the order cannot normally be cancelled because time has been reserved and work has been created specifically from the details you supplied. Dissatisfaction with an interpretation or the absence of a desired outcome is not grounds for a refund.
When we will help
Contact us if you were charged twice, received the wrong product, did not receive access, or believe the product was materially misrepresented. Email hi@astralembrace.shop within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the issue. We will first try to restore delivery or correct the problem and, when that is not possible, assess an appropriate refund.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary and are outside our control. This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation right that applies to you under mandatory consumer law.
