Digital delivery policy
Every Astral Embrace product is delivered online. We do not ship physical goods or collect a shipping address.

Downloads
After successful payment, a delivery email is sent to the email address entered at checkout. The purchase also appears in the customer library when the same email address is used to sign in. Purchased downloads remain available without an access expiry.
Video courses
Course purchases are added to your online library after payment is confirmed. Sign in to access the modules and lessons. Course access is personal to the purchaser and may not be shared.
Personal readings
A personal reading is prepared after payment and receipt of all required product details. The expected turnaround is shown on the product page and order confirmation. Completed work is delivered by email or made available through your account, as stated for the product. Time estimates are measured from receipt of complete and usable information.
If delivery does not arrive
Check the spam, promotions, and junk folders for mail from Astral Embrace. If you still cannot find your purchase, email hi@astralembrace.shop with the purchaser name, email address, and order number. We will verify the order and restore access or resend the delivery email.
